There is a £10 deposit per head to secure the reservation, please click on the Terms & Conditions link to confirm your agreement.
No deposits are refundable or redeemable.
For all parties a preorder will be needed a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking. We will email you the form and would appreciate it to be filled in on a computer and sent back to us via email.
The menu for 3 courses is £35.95 per person and the remaining £25.95 per head will be paid on the night. A service charge of 13.5% will be applied to your final bill for all items ordered.
If someone does not turn up on the day then the party will be charged £35.95 for that guest.
If a Company is paying for your party, then we can invoice before the event. All funds must be cleared before the date of your booking and any extras will need to be paid for on the day/night.
Reservation times and dates cannot be changed without prior agreement with Locale.
Children dining over 12 years will be charged at the full price menu.
All prices, excluding corkage, are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
We allow 2 ½ hours for your party from the time of the booking. Please ensure all of your party are on time as this can have an effect on the food service time. Unfortunately, if anyone is late, we will not be able to extend your booking time.
As all food is already pre- paid, the drinks and service charge are paid for on the day/night. We can either do one big bill or one bill per table, we do not do separate bills
No discounts or vouchers can be used for the Christmas menu.
Please note that all parties greater than 6 people may be sat at different tables.
All drinks must be ordered at the table; no guests are permitted to go to the bar and buy their own drinks. All beverages must be supplied by Locale.
All Christmas bookings will have a copy of your pre order on each table; this will help us when it comes to expediting the food to your party. Your waiter will ask everyone to have a look to remind them of what they are having to eat.
