New Years’ Eve Dining Experience (NYEDE)2026 Terms and Conditions
New Year’s Eve Dining Experience (NYEDE) at Locale Southbank, offers a 3 courses menu for £130 per person with a 1.5-hour time limit per table, and a firework pass per person. Menu is attached.
The full amount of £130 must be paid on receipt of your provisional booking email.
Fireworks tickets will be emailed securely to you prior to the event, so please make sure we have your correct email address and that you have downloaded the Ticketmaster app onto your phone. We will send you further details on how to access the tickets in due course. Once we have sent the tickets to you, we are unable to access them again. Last access to the Fireworks display area is at 10.30pm.
No refunds are permitted. If any guest has booked and does not turn up on the night, they will forfeit their deposit. No refund will be given off the final bill.
A service charge of 13.5% will be applied to your final bill for all items ordered.
A preorder will not be required unless you are a party over the size of 10.
There are set reservation times to accommodate the kitchen and make your meal more enjoyable. Reservation times cannot be changed without prior agreement with the restaurant.
Children under 12 years old dining with us at the 5.30pm, 5.45pm and 6pm reservation will be charged a discounted price of £90 which includes the firework pass.
Children over 12 years will be charged the full price menu at all other times apart from the times stated above
We allow a maximum of 1 ½ hours for your party from the time of the booking. Please make sure all of your party are on time. If anyone is late, unfortunately they will not be granted a longer dining time and nor will the group.
We will only hold tables for 15 minutes after your booking time, after this time we cannot guarantee you a table
All food and drink are to be supplied by Locale Southbank only
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
Wrist bands to access the restaurant on the night must be collected from the restaurant by 2pm on the 31st December. These wrist bands can also be sent out recorded delivery at a cost of £10 which you will need to pay beforehand;
You are responsible for you own wrist bands, if you lose them, we are unable to issue others and hinder your access to the restaurant;
The firework pass will be sent to your Ticketmaster account when we receive the tickets.
If you have any specific dietary requirements, need Gluten free or Vegan options then please just let us know;
For all tables we do not do separate bills, the bills are itemised to help make the payment process easier and we can only accept payment by 2 cards maximum.
No discounts or vouchers can be used on New Year’s Eve 2026.
Please note that for parties greater than 12 we will try our best to seat you all on one table but it may not always be possible.
All drinks must be ordered at the table.
